Have you heard of the Optavia Diet? It seems that new diets for weight loss pop up every single day and it can become difficult to keep up with the latest trends. After all, these are not the medical nutrition therapies that we spend time learning about in school.
That said, I think that it is very important that we remain knowledgeable about these diets, so that when a client approaches us with questions, we can fully answer them. Also, some of these diets may carry the risk of certain deficiencies,
