➕ Costco Lasagna Reviews
Costco offers several lasagna options in the frozen foods and prepared foods sections. The frozen Costco Italian beef and sausage lasagna comes in a 2-pack that weighs a total of 6 lbs. The frozen Costco beef lasagna comes in a 6 lb 2-pack as well. (Perfect for potlucks or large gatherings!)
Kirkland Signature is known for its high-quality products, and the frozen lasagnas are no exception. Both flavors of frozen lasagna have a rich and hearty flavor, with (almost!) a homemade taste. The meaty sauce, layers of pasta, and cheese blend create a satisfying and classic meal that wins on value and convenience.
In the US, you can find the Costco ravioli lasagna in the prepared foods section. This item is refrigerated (not frozen), and it uses raviolis in place of the lasagna noodles of traditional lasagna. Check out my post on how long to bake lasagna at 350 if you’d like cooking instructions for this product.
Depending on what your local Costco carries, you may also find other types of Costco lasagna. For example, my Costco used to carry Rana beef and short rib lasagna, but it appears to be discontinued. You can find freeze-dried #10 cans of Costco Mountain House lasagna with meat sauce at Costco online.

💭 Expert Tips from Dietitian Summer Yule
This is a level 3 recipe (weight maintenance and active lifestyles). Costco lasagnas are an ultra-processed food and do not fit most of the special diets (low carb, vegan, gluten-free, low sodium, etc.). That said, they’re a quick option that feeds a crowd and satisfies many picky eaters. You can round out the meal by adding a large portion of non-starchy veggies (such as side salads) for more fiber and phytonutrients. Nutrition information is for one serving of Kirkland Italian sausage and beef lasagna.
